In this paper I will address matters concerning poverty and the means by the ways social divisions by class is associated with poverty. Empowerment of families that endure issues of poverty has existed for years at a global view. Changing the mindset of individuals can help with this change through intervention and support groups in communities.

It is a purpose that has been set forth once workers meet client that face obstacles such as these.
Sustainability is vital to life, developing an approach to how to help someone does not come easy. One size does not fit all. The application relics on the resources which one uses and what can we as future social workers bring to the table other than the clients means and powers. Being cultural competence and cultural grounded with the approach of recognizing the issues that a family faces with issues of poverty. Social workers help with improving parenting services this is a part of an ethical approach. Helping work with parents to help them advance positive goals with their families. However, if assistance is not available to help parents that are slipping into poverty, families will suffer along with generations to come.
