"If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart", Nelson Mandela [1]. How do you think what is the main idea of these words? Of course, people cannot find the answer from the first time, because all have the different thoughts and it depends on each of them. Almost five hundred years ago, the number of people who spoke English was approximately 6 million. Nowadays, around the world, the number of non-native English speakers is higher than 350 million and overall amount goes up to 1,800 million people [2].There is a question why people study English and how does it work upon non-native speakers?. Even today after a long period of time the answer is arguable. That is the main point which attracts my attention. The success of global language is in its structure, because it is easy to study the language and it has not many symbols in example as Chinese. In general, there are many facts from the real life experience or from news. Firstly, if people look into the history, they will see that Britain and American colonies made a first step for the prosperity of the language. In the beginning not all people were happy, because they were forced to learn English, however in 20th century most of them dreamed about it and the popularity of English grew and continues today. The linguists estimated that more than 2 billion individuals wanted to study it, therefore it show that people are not against it. There was not enmity from many people. For instance, in China people reunite together and with a big group learn English. When person learn language it expands his/her outlook on world and it developing the brain
