Data is always recognized as an important corporate asset that must be protected to greater extent. Loss of information can lead to direct financial losses which can be directly harmful to the company, such as loss of sales, fines or monetary judgments. Loss of data also causes problems like application failures and similar system problems, making it difficult for people to do their usual jobs. This problem occurs because in each country there are separate laws and regulations on the protection of information of its current employees. Therefore, it is a very difficult and time consuming procedure for companies to protect employee data.
