The name of the book I read was called What Were They Thinking by Robert M. McMath and Thom Forbes. In this book he talks about marketing techniques that he has learned from selling over 80,000 new product innovations and idiocies. You always have to put the best face on a product but you must not deceive the customer by showing them something that you cant or wont
