Diana Nelson is an entrepreneur who decide to start her own business. Although, she wasn't sure were to start, Diana was looking around her when she found out Kazoo & Company, a toy shop. The store was to be closed because of its competitors, like Toys "R" Us and Walmart. She put all her efforts and capital in that business and she went ahead and bought it. Diana, to make her business successful, she found out that she should be totally different from the competitors. Here were she found her challenges, she start to put plan and execute it. Below are the way she did it.
Differentiate the business from others, successful businesses made themselves a unique print in the market by unified their abilities. This step, brings a chance to Diana, by making her observing the therapists methods in how they deal with the disability children so she can guide parents with the same situation to what they need.
The store design was so friendly and warm, although the store was a bit smaller than competitive buildings, it was segregated in small departments.
