Within this quote, it describes how leaders are made and why some of these features are important. Antony and Brutus were both considered leaders throughout Julius Caesar. The question is, who was the most effective and efficient leader in the play and why? Marcus Antonius is one of the most influential people who led the side against the conspirators in Julius Caesar. Throughout the entire play, he impacts the lives of the citizens around him. With the use of clever tactics, Antony is clearly the most strategic, compelling figure in this tragedy. A copious amount of things go into someone being an efficient leader. Just when the people felt betrayed by Brutus, Antony stepped up and took control of the people’s thoughts and opinions. On the other hand, Brutus was deemed as honorable as well as noble, but nothing else. The people saw Antony as someone who held power under Caesar before, so he must know what he is doing now.
