F. scott Fitzgerald’s 1925 novel the great gatsby is a tragic love story, a mystery,and social commentary on American life. The lyrical he wrote on the Great Gatsby was a most piece F.scott Fitzgerald had fell into a horrible life style he was wild and reckless in its first year, the book sold only 20,000 copies. The book took place in long island, in new york in the summer 1992. It's a showdown between Gatsby and Tom over Daisy. Jay Gatsby was the protagonists, Tom Buchanan was the antagonists, and Nick Carraway is the narrator. The book were written in paris and the U.S, in 1924, it was published in 1925.

The Great Gatsby is a long great story told by Nick Carraway. He was a neighbor of Gatsby’s but didn’t know nothing about him. The story was told sometime after 1922. Nick moved to west egg, long island he stayed in the midwest. After Nick arrived he was traveling the sound of fashionable to the east egg to visit his cousin Daisy Buchanan and her husband Tom. Myrtle was Gatsby other girl until they started fighting over Daisy Tom’s wife. They went to the plaza hotel and party. Tom drunkenness turns to rage and Tom, in one deft movement, breaks Myrtle's nose. Nick woke up that morning and didn’t know what had happened that morning. Thats y Gatsby wanted up win Daisy back. Nick went to see gatsby, once poor. Gatsby recreated Nick to win
