Steve Jobs once said "No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new." Today we are gathered to discuss the death of William Armstrong, who was often referred to as Doodle. Since the beginning of this case, you have been given reasons why Brother Armstrong is responsible for the death of his own sibling.
The main points that have been made include how Brother Armstrong wanted Doodle to have died. Not only this but, the fact that Brother Armstrong was always ashamed of having a crippled brother. Furthermore, he often acted hostile towards Doodle and abused him both physically and mentally. Not only this, but Brother Armstrong abandoned him when he needed him the most. The evidence that has been presented is by far enough to convince you Brother Armstrong is the reason Doodle unfortunately lost his life.

The treatment Doodle received from his older brother was so brutal it could be classified as abuse, both mentally and physically. Brother Armstrong worked hard to teach Doodle how to walk. In the process he pushed Doodle to his limits. There were times when Brother would become impatient and ask "Doodle, don’t you want to learn to walk?" Questions like this one show that Brother was convinced that Doodle didn't want to learn to walk or even cared. When Doodle decided there would no point in trying to learn how to walk, Brother continued to push him. Doodle told brother "I just can't do it." He no longer believed he could ever learn to walk.
