On a daily basis, many people drink soda or any kind of sugary drink which is unhealthy. Drinking soda is bad especially when it starts to affect your body. Soda and sugary drinks are harmful to your body.. Your body has to grow, but with soda it will stop growing and can lead to many problems in the future. Therefore , soda is unhealthy and can create problems in the future , like diabetes, heart problems, and weight problems.

One reason soft drinks are unhealthy is because it could lead to diabetes.
