In the context of World War I’s outbreak it is agreeable that Germany carries most of the blame, however both Russia and Austria-Hungary carry some of the blame as well. Germany can be held accountable for the outbreak because of their carelessness and impulsive actions. Germany was careless in regards of the Ultimatum sent to Serbia. Germany was impulsive when giving out the blank check and invading Belgium. On the account of Austria Hungary is of fault because they assumed that Russia would not join the war and they were hostile with Serbia. Finally, Russia , they influenced the beginning of war because they were deceitful during the “ Willy and Nicky” telegrams. A significant part of Germany's carelessness is the ultimatum sent to Serbia. Austria- Hungary was extremely hostile toward Serbia. When creating the ultimatum Austria - Hungary intended to provoke Serbia into war. They wrote standards that would ultimately embrass Serbia and would go against the their own principal their independence as a country. Austria Pressured Serbia with a time limit of forty-eight hours to get the ultimatum settled the brought back to the Austro-hungarian capital. Another example of why Austria-Hungary is to blame for being so hostile and impatient with Serbia in regards to the ultimatum. Austria is also to blame for assuming that because Russia was a monarchy that they could take advantage of Serbia. And while Austria- Hungary was taking advantage of Serbia’s weakness , serbia was pleading for Russia support and eventually gained it. Therefore, Austria - Hungary is to blame because they were hostile with Serbia which turned into war between the two countries and in return brings Russia into the
