Among all the respondents who are participated in this survey, nearly half of the respondents (48%) think that academic works affect their sleeping schedule most. What more important is that, nearly 80% of the respondents come from North hostel think that it is the most crucial effect to their sleeping schedule. Besides, the second most crucial effect is gathering with friends. There are 30% of the respondents think that it may affect their sleeping schedule. For those who think that gathering with friends will affect their sleeping schedule, more students (nearly 50%) from South Hostel think that gathering with friends will affect their sleeping schedule. Besides, 30% of them sleep at around 12am to 1am and 43% of them sleep for 6-8 hours in weekend. However, when they were asked how many hours should a normal adult sleep every day, 84% of the respondents could give the correct answer, 6-8 hours. Also, many of the respondents could answer the cost to our health when we have insufficient sleep. On the other hand, when we asked them to evaluate their sleeping quality, 60% of the students rate their sleeping quality as "fairly bad". As a result, actually, some students may realize that they are not sleep enough but they still cannot improve their sleeping habit. Indeed, there are some factors that may shape their sleeping habit.

For the factor of the living style of roommate, over 50% of the respondents claim that their roommate will schedule after they sleep and only a quarter of the participants say that their roommate will not. So the difference of living style with roommate could be one of the factor that affect students' sleeping habit, part of the students may tend to sleep late since their roommate's life
