There are many reasons of the importance of fitness during the teen years such as, improving skin tone, gaining very high self-esteem, and helping you grow a better mood as well as many other reasons. This all demonstrates the exercise can serve as a natural skin cleanser to help you by a vast amount. In addition, exercising can also promote high self-esteem when playing sports.
