Gossip is a Dangerous Things In China people say “A rumor goes in one ear and out many mouths.” This proverb to me means that a person needs to be careful what they say to others because it can be twisted and spread. This is appealing because it can be shown in everyday life, throughout anyone's life. When you look at a saying like this there are many things to think about and for example, this fits very well into the life of a high schooler. Throughout high school there is always at least a handful of people that want to see a reaction out of someone therefore they will say things and the statement may end up getting passed around to many people. He has been accused of raping and molesting many women. Bill Cosby was accused of raping a younger female. “‘Bill Cosby touched an intimate part of Chloe Gains body while she was seriously disabled and/or unconscious,’ the lawsuit states” (McCarthy). It is said that Cosby touched model Chloe Gains. Cosby said it was not true but a lawsuit was created anyways. Another accusation was created with Cosby. “Judy Huth, who claims Cosby molested her at the playboy mansion around 1974 when she was 15”(McCarthy). Judy Huth said that Cosby molested her. Cosby yet again disagreed with this statement. This was said to have happened at the playboy mansion when Judy was 15 years-old. Many more accusations were revealed by multiple other women as well. “40 women who have accused Cosby, 78, of some form of sexual misconduct, including several who have accused the comedian of drugging and assaulting them.” (McCarthy). There were 40 different women that accused Cosby. Each said something about sexual misconduct.
