Dental Hygienist There are many careers in the world that you can choose from and could have interest in. One career that I have found interest in is being a Dental Hygienist. If they have a bachelor's or master’s degree they probably are required to study research, teaching, or clinical practice for the public or health programs (home). Also they get very close to their patients and create a relationship with them. When being a dental hygienist they get to pick if they want to work during the week or during the weekend to fit their lifestyle (dental). The availability for dental hygienists is very high. The need for dental hygienists is growing at 33 percent each year. Which is a lot faster than normal occupations. Dentists hire more hygienists to perform cleanings and other operations so that the dentists can see more patients. Federal health legislation is suppose to open the number of patients who can have health insurance (home). Hygienists are in very high demand in dental practices and may be employed to provide dental hygiene for patients in hospitals. nursing homes and health clinics. When you put in hard work and go through long hours of training you receive many benefits when being a dental hygienists. I plan on going to college and getting my degree and bachelor's degree. Then I will start trying to find a job somewhere. I would like it to be in a Dentist Office and work with
