It’s important to embrace the people that are different from us, such as, the poor, different race and/or religion, immigrants and more. They are refer to “others” in 2015 because they can help you out for the positive or negative in life. These people can influence you on your work and help you structure new ideas. The things people are used to in life cannot risk to get rid of it, but somehow they will accept those “other” people. The importance of embracing in 2015 is a big deal because we need to accept these “other” people in lives. We cannot encounter our ideas by ourselves, its best if we hear others opinions. Also having people with experiences to help because without them we cannot undertake beyond what we are used to doing in life. In most of our minds, we carry assumptions that make us judge, avoid, or act awkwardly towards people who are different than us. Respect human worth and embrace the humble because the humble are the ones who usually make it far in life.
