Generally speaking these accomplishments include, understanding the basic ethical review of historical background, modern academic frontier information and scientific development level, can skillfully master the use of the relevant international and domestic laws and regulations and the principles of ethical review, skillfully effective review of human experimentation ethics problems, make its compliance with ethical principles, specification for judgment (Frenkel, 1979). Meanwhile, editors of medical journals should also pay attention to the hot spots, difficulties and controversies in the medical ethics that exist in the society, and enhance the expansion and deepening of their professional knowledge.
