The ban would not help because it gives students a false sense of security. The school states that a ban would not be very helpful by saying,"But that small amount from the factory could cause a reaction in someone who is very allergic." This statement helps the school by explaining that the ban on the peanuts would make a child think that they don't have to worry about the problem
Chocolate milk is being attacked and it needs protection. Although some people may argue that chocolate milk is unhealthy, Some people may argue that it is healthy. The first reason why I think it is healthy is because it is shown that there is vitamin D in it. The second reason is that kids are still getting the protein they need.
What if I told you that you couldn’t read your favorite book just because it was considered “inappropriate”? I believe that The Chocolate War should not be banned anywhere and all middle schoolers should be free to read it. I think so because middle schoolers are old enough to read it, it was written to be read by others so it shouldn’t be kept from people, and kids can learn valuable life lessons from it.
With a title like The Chocolate War you would think it is nothing more than a feisty Willy Wonka fan-fiction, but this book has more caused controversy than you would believe. Published in 1974 by Robert Cormier, the book has received praise from many critics and has won several awards. What was supposed be seen as an innocent tale about a young boy being a leader of a cult has been challenged by several schools and has been officially added to the American Library Association's list of banned books. To my surprise, The Chocolate War was the most challenged book in 2004.
Have you ever thought of peanuts being banned from school before? Some schools are banning peanuts just because of one or two kids. Why should other students not get peanuts just because of a couple kids? The first reason I think that peanuts should not be banned from school is because if children spend most of the day in one classroom then why have the whole school peanut free?
“SPIT THAT GUM OUT RIGHT NOW OR YOU'LL GET A LUNCH DETENTION!” Yep! Most of us remember that. Whenever we are chewing gum, a teacher will always tell a student to get rid of their gum, and we don't have a choice, but to obey. In school when teachers catch a student chewing gum, they usually tell the student to spit the gum out.
Sure, there are still many others that agree that gum should still be considered contraband in schools; but I’ll be able to convince the schools and their teachers to allow chewing
So with that being said chocolate milk should stay in schools. CLTo start my first claim is chocolate milk ,R1 has high nutrients that students need my evidence for this is, EV R1-It has very good nutrients for your body to help replenish energy for athletes. EV R1-2 Next, It is a very low cost so it would be available for everyone so students can get the proper nutrients and it cuts costs at the same time. EV R1-3 Additionally, it has zero grams of fat which is so much better than most milks.
What about banning chocolate milk in our country? Believe it or not, schools are actually banning chocolate milk in their lunches. Many think that chocolate milk is unhealthy, but they are all wrong! Chocolate milk is helpful because it has a very healthy nutrient composition, a taste everyone loves, and can serve as a recovery drink after exercise. Many believe that chocolate milk is just all fat and is unhealthy, but that 's not true.
Chocolate milk is unhealthy! Bad for you! I think Chocolate milk should be banned from schools because chocolate milk has a lot of sugar in it, lots of schools are banning chocolate milk, and plain milk is a better alternative for schools. Others may say that chocolate milk is healthy and good for you, but I argue chocolate milk is unhealthy and can make you obese. Chocolate milk should be banned from schools.
Everyday we see chocolate milk in grocery stores. Some people say schools should serve chocolate milk and some say that it shouldn’t be served in schools. Itś a big a debate. I take the position that chocolate milk should be served in schools. Sure chocolate milks has sugar, but it has the 9 essential nutrients that kids need and definitely has less sugar than other sugary beverages that are an option for kids.
It may contain more sugar and fat, but it contains the “nutrients of concern.” The nutrients of concern include most of the Vitamins, Calcium, Potassium, and Iron. Normal milk contains 12 grams of sugar while chocolate milk contains 20 grams of sugar. Now there is chocolate milk with fewer amounts of sugar, fat, and calories. “One serving of milk is equal to two ounces of cheese, one medium egg, one cup of fortified orange juice, and half a cantaloup over the course of the week.” says Buzzfeed.com.
In addition, surveys show how parents feel about serving chocolate milk, and they like it. First of all, chocolate milk helps keep kids’ bodies stay healthy. Chocolate milk contains calcium, magnesium, and other helpful vitamins. According to the text, called “Vitamins and Minerals”, it says that calcium is needed to build “strong bones
Is chocolate milk really as bad as they say it is, well we're going to find out why it is not and how it is good for you First, chocolate milk is something kids really need because… think about all those poor kids that can't afford food and they need their nutrients, chocolate milk is something that they need and is free at schools. i don't know why people think chocolate milk should not be served, it is the kids choice to have too much chocolate milk and get fat. Second, chocolate milk is the same as plain milk and plain milk is really good for you, it just has more sugar than plain milk it has the same vitamins that plain milk has and it also has lot of vitamins that will keep you healthy.kids are probably going to want something tasty
Doctors and researchers are able to see both sides of the argument and have done research in each areas. For example doctors have found flavonoids, fiber, and potassium in some chocolate. They also see the sugars and dutching in chocolate. All in all, chocolate has a pretty level playing field of reputable true or false health benefits. It is much debated whether the sweet treat we know as chocolate is healthy or not.
