Steve Strauss want us to stay in school rather to drop out of high school & college. College is important to us & our family.Steve Jobs dropped out of college in his 2nd semester & went to a different country. Steve agree that all student should stay in school because their parents did not have the opportunity to stay in sc hool. Steve Strauss want us to stay in school if we want to be around people that are talented, if we want our dream to come true & want to become what we want to be. So school will get you there.We have to find the right work that fit our life even if we go back to college, we can get a degree even if we working. When Gary Comer was a child, he never forget how his childhood was in the past day. Comer died in wednesday after he battle with a prostate cancer. Gary succeed in business, he worked hard to have his own business. Gary want us to do the same as he did so we can have a career just like he did. Gary was trying to build a building in his neighborhood for a new $30 million. When he was traveling by a wheelchair through the building he was surprise by what he had done for $30 million. He was building the building for us to have an idea to go to college. Gary comer was a sailor & he win competition. Comer did not have money to go to college so he went to work. Gary Comer quit working & went to Europe. When he returned to chicago he met a woman & asked her phone number. That woman name is Francie Ceraulo. He called her & they were married in 1962.Lands’ End was the largest mail business. Gary wanted the best for everyone that is in college, low income, student of color, & the one that drop out of college. Gary Comer & his family & the one that purchased Lands’ End cared for it, that what’s making it successful. Gary promised 8th graders he will pay their college tuition if they graduate from high
