The play, Romeo and Juliet, is about two star-crossed lovers that had been led to their death because of various actions of different characters. The actions that caused the death of these lovers were foolish. The characters that greatly impacted the death of Romeo and Juliet are the two households, Montague and Capulet, Friar Laurence and the two lovers themselves, Romeo and Juliet. Whether deliberately or unintentionally, their actions have all lead to the tragic death.

The idea of someone else being at fault for the actions of others is seen in the play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. The story is about two teenagers who fall in love despite being in families that are feuding. Ultimately, after pursuing a forbidden love affair, both lovers end up taking their lives.
“Star cross’d lovers” are doomed lovers, just like Romeo and Juliet. Romeo and Juliet is a play written by William Shakespeare, two lovers take their lives to be with each other. At the end of the play, The Prince of Verona wants to know who’s to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s deaths. Although both families are to blame and Friar Lawrence, the real culprit is fate itself. In both pieces, it is shown that men should know what love feels like as soon as they think they have fallen in love, even if they can’t describe their emotions properly and feel like they should verbally explain it to those around them.

Mercutio was Romeo’s best friend and mock’s Romeo’s vision of love. He felt that love was a physical pursuit. His death affected not only Romeo, but Juliet as well.

In Romeo and Juliet, Juliet says “What must be shall be” this is only one important sentence from this motivational play showing that love is real, but it isn't always fair. In this play Romeo and Juliet's love is put to the test by their society and themselves. In the beginning you already knew their fate, they were destined to die. They didn't have a choice which what makes this play so cynical although interestingly inspiring. This part of the play is the early death of their love and their society although some would say their society was already numbed on the inside.
