Winston Churchill was born at Blenheim Palace on November 30th in 1874. When Churchill was about two him and his parents, Randolph and Jennie, moved to Ireland. Lord Randolph became an unofficial sectary to his father, the Duke of Marlborough. In 1882 Churchill entered in St. George’s School and two years later enters in The Misses Thompson’s school. And in 1888 Churchill entered Harrow School. He was good at fencing, swimming, English history and rifle shooting.
On January 1st, 1891 when Churchill was 17 he told a friend, Murland Evans, ‘I tell you I shall be in command of the defenses of London… in the high position I shall occupy, it will fall to me to save the Capital and save the Empire’.
