“Life Of Pi” The book life of Pi is a fantasy novel of a boy named Pi and the story starts with him and his family eating and pi asked why is is name pi and his dad responded that there was a pool in France. Pi asked his dad because all of school called him pissing even his teachers. When Pi was at school he was teased about his name when he was trying to ask questions his class would call him “pissing”. Pi’s name is after Piscine Molitor One day Pi saw his dad feeding the animals and he was feeding a tiger a live animal and Pi had to watch it eat the animal then his dad said on Page (29) "the most dangerous animal in a zoo is Man" this was trying to teach pi a life lesson. That we are more dangerous than them he told him this because pi was scared of what he saw.his dad showed him what could've happened if pi fed the tiger by hand and not to feed the tiger. In the first part the family was eating and the mom told the family they had to go to to Canada on a boat. On the boat the whole family and the animals were on the boat in a big storm the boat was shaking and taking water when pi woke up from sleeping he went to the top of the boat and saw a big wave take the boat down in chapter 5 Pi is on a lifeboat when he saw the boat sink with his family. When he started to like the tiger he named it Richard Parker. In the book there was a big storm and Pi did whatever he could do to help the tiger stay in the boat that's when the tiger started to bond with Pi and after the storm they started to get along with each other. Pi helps Richard Parker by getting him fish and food to eat when PI lost his craft with most of his food and he lost his book of what he liked to do he had to make do with what he had on the boat he had some string and a hook to get fish from the
