Eliminate Yeast Friendly Foods If overgrowth is a problem then start by eliminated toxic foods from your diet. Avoid sugar, alcohol (which contains a high amount of sugar), simple carbs like white bread and pasta, meat from animals injected with antibiotics, and dairy.
