Beyond that, Kappa encourages its chapters to select programming that meets the chapter’s unique needs and to reach out to their fraternity and sorority life office for assistance in bringing in campus professionals to discuss the topic of

In most of his work, Frank Stella attempted to drain any external meaning or symbolism from painting, reducing his images to geometric form and eliminating illusionistic effects. His goal was to make paintings in which pictorial force came from materiality, not from symbolic meaning. He famously quipped, “What you see is what you see,” I found Frank Stella’s art “double scramble” interesting to me because of the combination and scramble of colors. He made the painting look like you’re looking into a room. I found it so inspiring I wrote a short story about it, I call it “Disoriented” because you kind of have to lose your sense of direction in order to see the images in the painting.

If Kathy was an actress behind the scenes, she would not get any recognition because Lina is more famous than her and Lina would not want to share the spotlight. This reminds me of "The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas" by Ursula K. LeGuin in the Alienation subsection because they alienated the child in a closet to make the rest of the city happy.
In Sigma Kappa, I found a sisterhood full of girls who truly are examples of excellence. I remember looking up to Taylor Haynes and even Kat Gillanders for their leadership around campus, and the level with which they carried themselves. I am proud that the girls of Sigma Kappa can walk around UGA without people thinking “look at that trashy sorority girl”. A big role in this is what the Standards Council does. It is important to have a program to steer college students in the right way when they start to go down a negative path.
