The Christmas Story was released on 18 November 1983 and the director was Bob Clark. The gift of Ralphs dreams was getting a genuine Red Ryder two hundred shot carbine action air rifle for Christmas. He believed that he would find the perfect way to ask for one of those air rifles for Christmas. It’s the Christmas season and all Ralph wants for Christmas is an air rifle. Ralph was overjoyed that he had another shot, and hoping that his teacher would sympathize with his mother about it.
