I would like to discuss why I chose ‘10-minute mindfulness: 71 simple habits for living in the present moment’ for my book review assignment and what I have read that prompted me to write a book review about this. I also believe that cultivating a beginner’s mind would help me grow as a person by being more interactively communicating with my colleagues in an unbiased approach and being reciprocal to one another’s thoughts and opinions with the goal of upholding patients’ health and wellness.
