If you have read the book “7 highly effective habits for teens”, if so have you ever wondered how these habits build off each other? The book, “7 highly effective habits for teens” explains different habits that you should break,or make to make your teen years more successful. The 7 habits build of each other to make you become a better person. The first habit that you should follow is being proactive and becoming the force for your mind. This habit is important because you need to know to take responsibility for your life, as well as your actions. The text states that, “Take responsibility for your life” (7 highly effective habits for teens). One should always take responsibility for their actions and not become a “blame it all”. This habit builds off of the second habit which is begin with the end in mind,where you should always think about what is going to happen in the future.
