The Eleventh Amendment of Crime and Punishment
1) The crimes of pre-mediated murder, abortion, pedophilia, rape, treason or committing a terrorist act is punishable by beheading.
2) The crimes of reckless and negligent manslaughter, attempted murder or attempted rape is punishable by banishment.
3) The crime of attempted or actual kidnap is punishable by banishment.
4) The crime of attempted or actual arson is punishable by banishment.
5) The crimes of attempted or actual robbery, armed robbery or the hijacking of a land, sea, air or spacecraft is punishable by banishment.
6) The crimes of attempted or actual theft, shoplifting, burglary, larceny or extortion is punishable by banishment.

22) Those who abandon an infant or refuse to financially, academically, spiritually or socially-support that child or children, shall be banished. Parent(s), who violates child-support laws, will have ten percent of their bi-weekly income garnished for each child under 16 years of age. If garnishments should render one bankrupt, the violator shall be banished.
23) Non-holiday drunkenness or intoxication on working hours will cause removal from employment for one day with a warning and banishment for two offenses thereafter.
