Explain what you believe is Quality Leadership University’s strategy and what it does in terms of the 7-S Framework from Chapter 12 to implement its strategy, both positives and negatives for each 7-S. o What I believe is the Quality Leadership University strategy is to provide students with higher quality education, supporting them from the moment they enroll until their degree is done. Offering opportunity to study with international universities from United states, Chile and Spain, additionally almost a 70% of the professors have a PhD. In terms of 7-S framework the university does:
7- S at Quality Leadership University. o Structure: The university have a functional structure, the organization groups employees according to a specialized or similar set of roles or tasks. As they own the company its operations are guided to maximize profits for them. o The believes that corporation should be run for the benefit of the entire stakeholders set, no matter if they are external such as the community and internal such as employees, when taking decisions all the set of stakeholders are taken into account no matter their position in the company. o I believe that Exxon Managed to use the Shareholder model by not assuming responsibility towards the damage caused to their stakeholders by omitting their climate information research and seek only for the benefit of its shareholders.
