In various circumstances, nurses have responsibilities in undertaking patients care and serving depending on specialization, department and standards. It is important to understand required criteria that are used in designing a framework that enhances organization and prioritization of the health care. The health care sector is a complex institution having different fields and disciplines. Furthermore, different fields of specialization are designed according to achievement and nursing training in various departments. It does not matter the nature of the personal setting but the most important is ensuring successful completion of the task being assigned (Irwin & Rippe, 2012). According to the nursing principles and rules of prioritization, it is important to expect the unexpected. It helps in making nurses alert all the time and ready to provide health care services to the patient. Therefore, it helps in having another plan apart from the normal schedule and shifts provided. In case of the emergency, it is advisable to take the second plan in solving the case presented. In prioritizing health care, nurses are mandated to ensure patients are given more priority and hence working toward improving their condition regardless of the personal interests (Gasper & Dillon, 2011). They have a great impact in ensuring nurses are giving prioritized and organized services to the patient. They are essential in determination of the appropriate treatment procedure and giving high quality services to the patients. The skills have a great impact to handling presented health case and hence giving appropriate attention to the patient for observation (Gasper & Dillon, 2011). In most of the training curriculum, these skills are emphasized as they helps in ensuring all the critical services are given priority and undertaken according to the set framework. Some of the services requires more attention and hence given more time in respect to close examination. Nurses have the role of ensuring these services are provided irrespective of the numbers of the available nurses and hence calling for organization skills. Therefore, it is important to have high skills in time management and organizing available work to ensure all patients are given high services and appropriate attention they
