The Growth of a Writer : A Reflection and Analyzation of Cameron Baker
Now that it is almost the end of the spring 2017 semester as I look back and analyze the writer I was when I started the semester and the writer I am ending the semester I have realized many aspects of growth I have gained throughout the semester. When I first started attending my English 100 course, I was a fearful writer who had the tendency to overuse commas. Another thing, that truly helped me in this class that I learned was how to efficiently write and use rough drafts for my papers. Before this class, rough drafts were never mandatory to turn in for me and I did not use them frequently. I never enjoyed rough drafts and thought that they were a waste of time, but this course taught me the importance of drafts. I had never heard of a discovery draft before but now I can understand why people use them and how they help organize your thoughts.
