Have you ever thought about going into space? In the passage, “A Success In Space By Cameron Keady”, “Comet probe may shed light on Earth’s past”, there is a probe that is set to land on a comet called the Philae Lander. It will land on a comet and will take pictures of the comet, and dig up samples of its surface. The Philae mission was important for scientific research because it took photos and picked up samples, it could reveal secrets about the makeup of comets that we don’t know, and it could help us get better at landing probes on comets. First, it will dig up samples, take pictures, and take photos of the comet, which will help us learn more about comets.
