The differences and variation in the ANP scope of practice among the nation, does not allow for others especially legislators, to have a clear view of the ANP nurse and what it can be accomplish it all the restrictions and barriers were eliminated. It will also change the public perception and attitudes towards nurse practitioners. I firmly believe that NPs have not only the power, but the ability to improve and make sustaintials changes to our health care system, Excellent
Differences between Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant in USA Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are two such professionals in the field of medicine who are important for the medical field equally. Their functions are also quite similar with very minor differences between the two. Due to such similarities it becomes difficult for the general population to differentiate between these two professionals. The nurse practitioners undergo their training through nursing schools, whereas the physician assistants study in medical schools (Nurse Practitioner Schools, 2015).
Advanced practice nurses (APN) have a vital role in the future of health care, especially since the enactment of the Affordable Health Care Act. With more citizens having health insurance coverage they will be seeking health care providers, and there are not enough physicians to care for them all. According to Letiziam (2014), advance practice nurses are licensed autonomous health care providers that have been trained to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients and their conditions. With the ongoing healthcare demands and shortages, the appropriate role and responsibilities of the advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) will continue to be a controversial debate. There were many points addressed in your post that I agree and don’t agree with. It is most certainly not arguable that physicians do endure a longer, more intense education. I personally believe their role as a hospitalist is valuable and should never be discredited for their knowledge and expertise. However, I also believe that they are doing their patients a disservice if they are being overworked due to provider shortages.
Without strong communications, this team may not find their balance. It is important to collaborate and build this trust among the office members. The doctors can’t effectively lead change without the understanding of the staff to make the necessary
With these seven factors, communicating about health, whether to the larger general public, or in a smaller clinical setting, would enforce a strong linkage between the public and healthcare. The considerations of health communications would allow for a better bridge to health any miscommunication that could occur. With this, there would be a drastic improvement in the health of individuals, families and communities. This has allowed me to reconsider all the factors that are relevant in not only communicating between patient to patient, but also educating the public on health concerns. As an aspiring provider, I hope to find a balance between these considerations in order to secure honesty with patients and the public.
The advanced practice nurse (APN) holds the umbrella name for the certified nurse practitioner, certified nurse midwife, certified registered nurse anesthetist, and clinical nurse specialist. It is imperative for a new APN graduate to have a plan for their transitioning role from the registered nurse to the advanced practicing nurse when searching and entering a professional job. This professional developmental plan will highlight the APN scope of practice for the state of Kentucky, provide a personal assessment for the APN as a new graduate, disseminate networking and marketing strategies to guide the APN for finding job opportunities, and will also provide a curriculum vitae for the nurse practitioner. Finally, it will explain the importance of ethics in communication and how patient safety is influenced by good or bad team communication. The first method of communication is mutual respect. The patient and clinician have a partnership based on trust. The patient has respect for the clinician 's experience and the clinician has respect for the patient 's wishes, needs, concerns and builds on past experience to meet immediate needs. (Paget, 2011).

The course allowed me to think beyond my current practice knowledge and acquired innovative ways to evaluate the situation at hand. The learning objective in program outcome four helps set standards that I will use to guide my clinical practice to meet various healthcare needs. Using the case studies has helped to further enhance my knowledge on disease physiological state, using differential diagnosis, disease manifestations, and clinical presentation. It has also taught me the skills on how to differentiate between similar diagnoses to properly identify the problem and treat the patients.
There is a vast amount of education to be introduced to the patients suffering from this
