The ABC Company – Change Recommendation
Change, when you mention changing things it can be very stressful, people begin getting nervous, push back on the ideas, especially if an organization has been doing the same thing for many years. Therefore, ABC is a small widget company, which employs 50 employees and has been in the Widget business for ten years. With the recent economic development and technological advances, ABC is looking to expand their operation globally and in the United States in order to compete in the emerging market. Therefore, to be successful the company needs to change, therefore, as a consultant for a change, I have been invited to look into ABC’s current culture and their current organizational capacity for change to …show more content…

However, as a consultant for change the ABC company has a way to go to gain trust and work on their communication process among their leaders and their employees. Once the ABC company implements the eight dimensions of OCC and the recommendations that I have touch based on they will have better communication among the leaders, and employees. They will gain more trust among each other that instead of a high turnover, ABC will have a better reputation were more people would want to come to work for them. Thus, when the word gets out that ABC has an organizational culture that everyone is trustworthy and responsible, then they will have no problem expanding.
