Introduction The growth of TrueLocal.com.au as an online business organization web site has surpassed the imagination of very many individuals. The business organization has functioned as its own unit of business under the Digital Media of News association. The Truelocal organization is situated Sydney Australia and has about 200 staff members or employees within the organization. This paper evaluates the changes that recently occurred or happened in the Truelocal after the replacement of almost all staff senior management. The replacement involved even the CEO of the Company. The targets of performance were also set to allow workers who are hardworking to achieve higher commission. The changes of beliefs and value in the company was communicated from the main company (parent) where the workers were given rewards in case their they displayed were good (Levin, Ginger, 2012, p.32). Conclusions Overall evaluation The company of Truelocal did change from casual culture and structure, work exercises that are not professional within a structure that is bureaucratic and structure that had poor performance to a company that is performing very high, transformational with professional and innovative culture that is fully focused to the customers. Even if the management-change strategies, which were very successful used by the change agents are left out, the change managers who were nominated also employed strategies of motivations to help in changing the organization. Other several approaches and practices were also identified to help benefit Truelocal in efficiently managing other changes in the future (Anderson D &L.A, 2001, p.34).
