Business organizations in the industry are always experiencing changes in the business environment. This forces them to change their operations hence in order to coup with the changing business environment (Fletcher, 2004). Transformational change requires a firm to shift from its previous culture and adopt a new operations strategy in the industry. The change is usually facilitated by the change in strategy used by the firm in the industry (Fletcher, 2004). Based on the challenges Red Carpet is facing in the industry, it requires a transformational change in its operations. This would involve changing the operational strategy of the company as well as changing the culture of company to incorporate that of Sparkstar Theatres. These changes would greatly boost the efficiency in the operations as well as management of the company hence increase its performance in the industry.
