Change-make or become different Changes occur every day some good some not so good. There are all different types of changes that we can see. One would be a mental change, which includes a different outlook on life and how a person thinks of himself. Another example of change would be a physical change such as sitting at a new spot at the lunch table.
Change. Change is an ordinary process in life that allows humans to evolve as individuals, societies, and as a species. Yet, not all changes are the same. Not all changes are equal. The effect of getting a new job is different than the effect of losing a job.
For me to be a good change agent, I would bring my talent of being understanding. I would be understanding of every situation, and allow my sensitivity to shine through. To be a change agent that will make a difference, I would bring my talent of being authentic, and going with how I feel. This is going with the traditional idea of a champion being a victor, a good guy, whether that good is for others or themselves.
Why is it important to incorporate a theory or model related to change when implementing practice changes? Incorporating a theory related to change helps with the implementation process and ensure the succession of change to flourish. When using theories it framework is to guide the process of translating the research into practice, it explains what influences need to be implement and assists with evaluating the change (Nilsen, 2015, pp.11). Models are used to serve similar reasons when incorporating and implementation change.

However, social change can be defined as the intentional or unintentional alteration of culture, economic, political, technological and social organization/ structure over a specific period of time.

In my opinion, changemakers is anyone who seeks to make a difference in society, no matter how small that difference may be and make it in a positive way for the betterment of all.
