A duty that I enjoy and love, and do with passion; Hence, my eagerness to be accepted in the Coles College of Business. Going to school as well as working has taught me time management, organization, planning, and implementing; two of the four basic functions of management. Which I feel has prepared me for the next step, being accepted into Coles College, understanding the value of planning ahead and controlling my outcome. Along with many business courses and hours of experience I have done to prepare myself for a career as a business analysis. Courses such as management and behavioral science (MGT 3100), information systems and communication (IS 2200), as well as online courses for the society for Human Resources Management certification also known as SHRM Certification. Courses that I feel will help to strengthen my knowledge of how to manage effectively and how to communicate through different platforms; whether it’s verbally, cyber skype or written
