I think that there are pros and cons about having an abortion. People might think that an abortion is a bad thing. Abortion has been around for thousands of years but in the 1800s is when they made it illegal. In the 1800s getting an abortion would have similar procedure as getting surgery. Getting a back-alley abortion was more dangerous or something deadly. The Medical Establishment had to eliminate competitors to achieve their goal.
