The United States Air Force Academy is a program of the Department of Defense, created to educate, train, and inspire cadets to become military personnel who are motivated to lead in the Air Force for our nation. The Air Force Academy is a four-year program intended to train in military, and character development. Some training that proceeds to the cadet’s line of work includes engineering, sciences, humanities, and social science. With this program, the cadets earn a Bachelor and Science degree and are now authorized as second lieutenants in the United States Air Force. All these benefits give the cadets a place outside of the Department of Defense's territory. For example, many law students and practicing attorneys want to become a JAG (Judge Advocate General) because it is smart to utilize on a personal, business, and financial level. Being a JAG can give aspiring or practicing attorneys benefit that no other law firm can offer by pay, paid time off, medical care, housing and food taxation, promotions, life insurance, retirement, and continuation pay period. While not all cadets who graduate from the academy will fly an aircraft but have found some type of opportune job, that can employ after the Air Force. With all the opportunities the academy may give an individual, a threat is always likely to happen. In the period when one is in the Air Force or Air Force Academy, there will always be a threat. Cyber-attacks are more likely on the U.S. government. The Academy teaches how to handle cyber-attacks, especially when flying an aircraft since most if not all, is made of technology. While the Air Force deals with many threats, the academy threats seem unimportant. The public school provided by the federal government is what is designed for cadets to get an education, use life skills, and have career opportunities to become incredible officers in the Air Force. The United States Air Force Academy, in Colorado Springs, continues to be an evolution for individuals to seek great benefits and things that could set them up for the rest of their lives. SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats) is a great way to get this federal program more credibility on the work done, and futuristic work. Marketing the Air Force and Air Force Academy will increase threats, and weaknesses, but will have a huge opportunity, and strength increase due to many civilians interested in either program. The Air Force and Air Force Academy have a saying ‘Aim high… fly-fight-win’. This is a great way to always strive for more by simply aiming for the goals made high and do not stop until you fly, fight, or win. The Air Force has a way to connect with civilians simply by advertisement, hence where the motto is used, but by showing easily what the SWOT is and utilizing it to the program's
