Ness was known as hero for his crime fighting skills and bravery making a model for the fictional character Dick Tracy to hit the big screen.

The purpose behind super maximum security prisons is to prevent hard criminal from committing further crimes and keep them away from committing more crimes while incarcerated or inflict injuries t themselves therefore they are locked away from the rest of prison population. Supermax prison are not new and have been around for a long times as well as have been used in many different countries throughout the world.
The Yuma Territorial Prison was not like typical prisons by today’s standards or the standards of other prisons in the 1800’s. The construction and architecture of the prison was one thing that was unique. The prison was not only built by the prisoners, but (even more unique by today’s standards) was built entirely by hand without the use of any form of power tools. As for the architecture, all of the guard towers had huge peaked roofs that were used as insulation by creating more airspace between the roof and the actual building.
After being kicked out he eventually found Johnny Torrio who would change Al Capone’s life forever. He helped Jonny run drugs to woman to anything illegal. Al spent his last month in the prison hospital due to syphilis. Miami is where Capone spent the rest of his life out of prison.
Capone finally appeared before the court on the reset date and as he left “he was arrested by agents for contempt of court, an offense for which the penalty could be one year in prison and a $1000 fine. He posted $5000 bond and was released” (“Capone, Al”). It took four seizures before he finally quit crime and left Chicago. Next, Capone was arrested, but for concealed carry and he went down with his bodyguard on May 17, 1929 and was released nine months later to the day (“Capone, Al”). Again Capone was arrested on February 28, 1931 and again it was for contempt of court, although this time the “charge was subsequently dismissed” (“Al Capone”).
They lined up seven victims in front of a wall and gunned them down. Capone was arrested many times after this incident. In 1931 he was sentenced to eleven years in prison for tax evasion. He had a hard time in prison.
Al Capone was a clever man. He could get out of any situation with the police. Although he was arrested many times throughout his lifetime. After spending four-and-a-half years at Alcatraz, Capone was transferred on January 6, 1939, to a hospital at the Federal Correctional Institution in Los Angeles. A few months after that Capone was transferred to a penitentiary in Lewis burg,
