Andy Puddicombe is a mindfulness expert who specializes in meditation. In his early twenties, he journeyed to the Himalayas to study mindfulness. This sparked the beginning of his cultivation of mindful knowledge and techniques that led him to travel around the world to become a Tibetan Buddhist monk in Northern India. He is now a renowned speaker on meditation.
During his Ted Talk, Puddicombe provided a broader view of meditation. We live in a busy world where our minds are constantly thinking, processing, and stressing.
