Everybody need to calm and focus in their life, so do the author. Marisa Meltzer reports that on New York Times “So You Think You Can’t Meditate?” most of people around us start meditating or they start talk about how desire to meditate. The author has her tendency to get her life all together and has a hard time to fix it. She believes that meditation will help her to focus but every time she tries she fell asleep. Then, she heard about clubs and organizations for yoga and meditate which she intrigues. So, she went to the meditate class which of the classes are 45 minutes. After she follows her instructor said in class, she success with the 44 minutes meditated. After I read this articles, I found out there is nothing you can’t do.
