I interpreted the poem The Grinch Who Stole Christmas using archetypal criticism. The archetypal school of thought is a means of interpreting text by focusing on recurring myths and symbols that relate to social context. After analyzing using this school of thought I have come to a conclusion that the meaning of this poem is that Good will always triumph over evil.
