A man shrouded in mystery, but a man who left a mark on history. Five lives taken in the middle of London night and police trying to find a man out of sight. However, an even bigger question is, why? The police could never find out the motive for his killing. But I believe his intentions were to get rid of prostitution. Nonetheless, he was dangerous and had acquired a taste for blood. These small yet deadly actions have left an impact on society as we know it. The murder occurred in London in 1888.
