Ancient Egyptian Dance we were introduced to three types of kingdoms; the Old Kingdom, the Middle Kingdom and the New Kingdom. During the Old Kingdom movements were measured, dancers seemed to be more steadily to keep their dancing positions. Dancing routines were very alike due to their movements being restricted. Their attires varied from wearing ribbons, caps and garland in the hair. Men and woman had to wear short skirts around the hips; females did not wear dresses often. In the Middle Kingdom people seemed to explore different types of dancing movements. Acrobatic and elevation movements ruled their routines.
