Federalist Precis A group of like-minded men who are considered to be the “Founding Fathers” of America, made up of Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay, wrote and published a group essay so to speak, under the pseudonym “Publius” (which refers to one of four roman aristocrats who overthrew a monarchy) full of their collected individual essays and entitled the collected group works “The Federalist” (1787). The 14th essay, a work of Madison, is deemed to be of particular importance in which Madison argues against critics that claim America is too large to be governed as a republic, and explains the concept of central government in the interest for the people, by the people. Madison furthers his argument by explaining the benefits of unity, and that a republic in the mold of America has never been seen before and requires the utmost unity for it to be successful. Madison effectively argues by addressing the counterargument in the opening paragraphs, which allows the audience to consider all the points of views and thus see the logic in Madison’s argument as he explains by saying:

Slap, whip, abuse. This is what comes to mind when people think of when it comes to livestock. This assumption is misleading and inaccurate because this is only showing the bad side to what actually goes on. The livestock industry is viewed as immoral and inhumane but in reality, we do so much more good than bad but the truth is being kept away. In the industry we care for the livestock, we provide for whatever they need, and simply, it’s a lifestyle.
Lack of education or awareness: A lack of education or awareness about animal welfare issues can contribute to animal abuse. This may include a lack of understanding about proper care and treatment of animals, as well as a lack of awareness about the legal and ethical considerations involved in animal ownership and use. Overall, it is important to recognize that animal abuse is a complex issue with many different social factors contributing to it.
In ”The Call of the Wild” many of the dogs are beaten when they don’t do what heir masters wanted. I feel that this can bring up the issue of animal cruelty, these dogs are whipped, beaten with clubs, and other things, until they cant move. These dogs, or any other animal, should not be treated this way. Many people overlook animal cruelty thinking, “they’re just animals”, because, as humans, we don’t know how they think or feel, because if we did, we wouldn’t treat animals like this. You can teach an animal to obey you without beating them, and people who don’t, or cant, understand this, who beat their animals countless times, don’t deserve the privilege to own one of these precious creatures.
Animal Abuse Cruelty to animal happens when someone is hurting an animal and does not feed ir or give it water. Animals are being abused every day and it is happening everywhere. Even just neglecting a pet is abuse to the animal. People who abuse poor animals are most likely also being violent with their families at home. Animal abuse is in entertainment as well.
Animal cruelty is becoming an issue that is too big to ignore. It can be defined as neglect or the infliction of pain or suffering towards animals. One might notice that this is an issue that is becoming more common in zoos and aquariums. These places can be wonderful for the animals, but can also portray an awful life for the captive animals. No animal should have to go through the pain and stress that many are suffering through.
These captured animals may have tags on one ear, have a piece of an ear cut off or dyed, and are kept tied up and abused (US, Public Health Service 192). Moreover, it is known that when pet animals bite a child, or become violent, they are put down, or are sent to a pound, which is equivalent to taking away their freedom. These animals therefore get removed from the general public, just in the same way that criminals became slaves and were kept together, separated from society (More 30). Hence, More believed that when humans gave into their violent tendencies, they should be treated like animals, but if they followed the rules of society and did not commit crimes, they were allowed the privileges that humans do, like freedom, and maintained the intelligence that made us better than animals
Animals are not the tools for human to abuse. Human should treat the animals with respect and equally. There is not a big difference between human and animals. Sometimes, animals have the ability to show the emotions and feeling such as happy, sad, scared or even pain. Besides the basic emotions, the animals are able to form a strong and reciprocal bond to humans or to animals.
The harm animals undergo includes being infected with diseases they would not otherwise be susceptible to, electrocution, and having their spines crushed. This treatment that people are often unaware of is immoral, cruel, and unethical.

Rights are against the use of force and they are our primary if not only our means of survival. There is only one fundamental right: To live successfully, a man has to make his own choices as well as animals too (Roleff,2014,p.33). There is a huge difference between giving animals their rights which is less than human beings and not to give them rights at all. Nowadays animals are presented in many places of entertainment such as zoos and cruces as well as aquariums where the audients pay a lot of cash to watch fun and exciting things going on, it sure makes us happy but what about the animals are they happy too? Are places of entertainment appropriate for wild animals to live in it normally?
Animals are being abused everyday and they are not taken into consideration when you see them being abused. They are suffering and they are being abused everyday and you all need to stop it. Animal cruelty is not something that just goes away the person doing it will keep doing it until someone stops them. Everyone needs to stop animal abuse and if everyone starts to make a difference others will to. Animals need help with this and everyone needs to help them.
