Animal Experimentation an idea that brings disturbing thoughts of animals in cages and scientist experimenting on these animals to our minds. Many of us are uncomfortable when it comes to the thought of little animals being experimented on and locked in metal cages. Definition of Animal experimentation is the use of non-human animals in experiments that seek to control the variables that affect the behavior or biological system under study. These studies are conducted benefit us as humans in drugs, beauty products, chemicals and etc. Animal experimentation is an unnecessary practice that should be stopped before any more of these animals are tortured and killed.
Animal experimentation is a useless practice that needs to come to an end. Many scientist have found that most of the studies that come from animal experimentations for testing drugs for humans have failed and aren’t very successful. “Nine out of 10 experimental drugs that pass animal studies fail in humans … (Moore 1).” Most are unsuccessful because of the difference in human biology compared to an animal’s biology. “The few that are approved often need to be relabeled or pulled from the market after they sicken or kill human patients (Moore 1).” The difference in human biology compared to an animal’s biology

In today’s modern technology we can digitally replicate human organs to eliminate animal’s experimentation. “Scientists can replicate human organs on microchips to test the impact of potential drugs (Moore 1).” This is a way to end animal experimentation and to produce a more accurate conclusion to effect of experimental drugs on the human body. Why test animals and produce inaccurate results when scientists can use our technology to create more accurate results? We can produce more accurate answers and expand our medical knowledge to help those who are sick and to limit the killing of animals in the name of
