Director (Robert Lee) and Intern Roberts made contact with Erica Sanders (09/07/1979) at her home in regards to the allegations. Ms. Sanders stated the following in response to allegations: • Mr. Lee explains the purpose of the home visit and the allegations. • Moved to Leesburg from Alabama a couple of months ago, to get away from a negative environment. • Her daughters (Kayleigh & Renee) was not at home, they attended a football game with their neighbors. • Her daughter (Renee Boots, 11/11/2001) of having bi-polar, and she refuses to take her medicine.
Samantha Enquist is an ambitious RN working on achieving the BSN program at Arkansas State University. Through employment with BRMC, there has been much growth, experience, and success to prepare. It is a physical, emotional, and demanding career choice. The positive difference a nurse can make overcomes difficulty and keeps them motivated.
Ms. DeMarzo is a 43-old individual, who was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. She graduated from Tottenville High School in 1990. Following her graduation she attended the College of Staten Island but did not graduate, she went to work. Ms. DeMarzo reported that she currently works as a paraprofessional for the NYC board of education.
ms. Connie Sanders related weight gain began in her 40s. She has a thyroid condition and is receiving medication. She reportedly has gained 60 to 70 pounds within the past six months and stated "I am not eating." Ms. Sanders has not attempted any significant diet plans in the past. Problem foods are fast foods, fried foods, sweets, high glycemic carbohydrates, chocolate, salty snacks, ice cream and eating large quantities.

Her son’s name is Jr and her grandson’s name is Jr Jr whom are currently deceased from actively serving their country. She currently lives alone and is reluctant of social services and agencies support.
The Victim Anna Palmer, a girl of ten years old, lived in Salt Lake City, Utah, during 1998. She lived in an apartment on a busy street with her mother and older brother. As a child she would frequently voyage outside in her neighborhood with local friends. While heading home after a night of playing outside, Anna was last seen alive at 7:00 p.m. Around thirty minutes later, she was found dead, by her mother, on her front porch.
Laura Monroe has been working for the Harvest Connection Disaster Relief Ministry for fourteen years. She is the assistant coordinator over seeing day to day operations. She selected a career as a Disaster Relief Ministry due to her passion of helping others. A little about Laura I discovered during my interview with her is she graduated from East Caroline University in 1992 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Her education prepared her for this position due to her business education background.
Identification of Problems Living the American dream is what most Americans aspire to have and Anne Burns did accomplish that goal. Anne found success being a great business women and entrepreneur. Anne was an expatriate who was asked by the king of Jordan to come to the middle east and help spear head a new business venture for Jordanian women. Anne and her husband relocated to Jordan so Anne could begin her new position with ExportJordan. Even though Anne agreed to take this new role she was not fully aware of Jordan customs nor culture and this prove to be Anne discomfiture.
Argumentative Essay Eating disorders are becoming a rising problem in many individuals regardless of their age or gender. Eating disorders are problems that revolve around abnormal eating behaviors and distorted beliefs about eating, weight or shape. They can be classified as psychiatric problems, which are considered a general medical condition. Eating disorders happen when individuals are obsessed about controlling their weight by controlling what they eat.
Background. Upon adoption, Beth Thomas seemed to be a normal little girl at 19 months old in 1984. She was adopted by a pastor, Tim, and his wife Julie, a Sunday school teacher, along with seven-month-old Jonathan. After a few years, Beth started showing some very aggressive behavior towards her adopted brother, her parents, and even the surrounding animals. They learned from her case worker that Beth and Jonathon were found in their home alone, with very little food to eat and in squalor.

Amenorrhea is normally seen in those athletes that once had a normal menstrual cycle, but due to hormonal imbalances from food restriction, menstrual irregularities are seen. • Dehydration – often seen in athletes with disordered eating • Gastrointestinal problems – this refers to the gut – the gut will not be happy to get very little food and when eating is done it is often times not nutritional food • Hypothermia (cold intolerance) – due to decreased body fat levels, these athletes will not be able to withstand cold temperatures very well in comparison to their normal
