Canadian Journal of School Psychology, 29(3), 161-176. Study Question/Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify if there is a correlation between students’ perception of the school environment and their academic achievement. Methodology: The study conducted surveyed 4th and 7th grade students throughout 60 public school districts in British Columbia, which totaled 81,387 students.
