Introduction
This annotated bibliography has reviewed four journal articles or book chapters, three of which are related to a specific topic, and one related to critical thinking in business (see Reference list for full details of the source). The following paper contains annotations and a critical analysis of the published work.

Annotations and Critical Analysis
Empowered Managers and Empowered Workers: The effects of managerial support and managerial perceived control on worker’s sense of control over decision making (Parker and Price, 1994) source stated that if managers involve workers in decision making they feel empowered and attached with the company. Employees want to control company’s decision making by their involvement either directly or indirectly. As the hypothesis suggested workers with high managerial support feel they have a control over company decision making. Every employee wants to control company’s decision in some way or another. Though companies are using Six Sigma and its “5 Whys” methodology but these are not sufficient. In-fact Six-Sigma is very much dependent on critical thinking methodology. As compared to Six Sigma the critical thinking approach is more comprehensive. There is a need of statistics in the Six Sigma approach but those statistics are useless without CT. Though Six Sigma approach is beneficial for the company but there is a scope of improvement in Six Sigma and its “5 Whys” methodology. The managers should integrate the process of Six Sigma and CT together. The combination of Six Sigma and CT can provide excellent results to improve the company performance.
